Trainee Program:
At CSM, we have a trainee program offering graduates from universities or comparable institutions the opportunity to combine a responsible and accountable job with an intensive development program. We are looking for the most promising candidates to develop into future business leaders. If you are an assertive, self-motivated and internationally mobile candidate, CSM offers a platform to launch your career in a global business context. Our trainee program will give you two years of work experience in a multinational, multicultural environment, during which you will have a six month international assignment and structured training modules with other graduates to develop your leadership and management skills.
