Goes (Netherlands). The Sweet Ingredients product category
contains sugar based pastry, such as fruit fillings and garnitures,
glazes, custard creams, icing & fondants, fat coatings, UHT non
dairy creams, pralines and almond pastes, bavarois and chocolate.
These ingredients are often responsible for the typical texture of
