Policies

CSM launched a Code of Conduct in 2005, which stresses the importance of respecting the laws and regulations in the countries where CSM operates. Moreover, we adhere to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational enterprises, which is specifically important in countries where proper and decent working conditions and respect for human rights is not necessarily guaranteed by national legislation or the enforcement regime. CSM conducts its business with fairness, honesty, integrity and respect for the interests of stakeholders in a wide variety of social, political and economic environments. This applies to all CSM employees individually as well as the organization as a whole.
