Sharing the same values on sustainability strengthens our relationship with suppliers. As a sustainable company, we expect our suppliers to uphold similar standards on environmental and social responsibility and to comply with the following:

Local laws
We expect compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Human rights
We condemn all forms of child, forced or compulsory labour. We do not tolerate discrimination based on nationality, gender, or religion. We expect compliance with relevant International Labour Organization (ILO) standards. We expect freedom of association for employees and the availability of an employee grievance process.

Environment
We expect a high level of awareness and responsibility related to the environment, such as through environmental monitoring, reporting and standards, in particular with regard to emissions, energy use and incidents.

Working conditions
We expect suppliers to provide safe and healthy working conditions, appropriate wages and working hours, according to applicable laws, for all their employees.

Business Ethics
We do not tolerate corruption and expect all business to be conducted with integrity.

Quality
We expect all products and services delivered to meet the quality and safety criteria specified.
